声波测试技术在巷道围岩松动区测定中的应用

Application of Acoustic Testing Technique in roadway surrounding rock loosened zone

摘要: 为了解决黄陵二矿巷道开挖过程中根据围岩松动圈的变化对支护长度进行调整的问题,对声波测试技术进行简要的理论分析,认为单孔折射法适合于巷道围岩松动圈的测定。围岩的破碎程度是研究巷道围岩稳定性的重要内容,依据据声波测试的基本原理,利用声波测试仪RSM-SY5N,在不同钻孔深度位置测出岩石的弹性波速度,改变探头深度并读取弹性波速度,直至波速不再改变为止|做出深度-波速曲线,根据测得的波速值的变化分析得到松动圈数值的大小并通过监测数据的提取找出声波测试存在的问题。

Abstract: Acoustic testing technology is widely used because of its low damage and simple. The broken degree is an important research content of the stability of surrounding rock. This paper introduces the basic theory of acoustic testing technology test and the method of using it to get loose zone size in detail. First of all, the elastic wave velocity of the rock should be measured in different depth by changing the probe’s place until it don’t change no longer. Then the curve of wave velocity changing with depth will be got to decision the loosened area. Finally, problems of acoustic wave test during the whole monitoring process would be found and the reliability of the acoustic test would be proved through the worksite survey.
